Free and nonbinding. Joining is not enrollment.
TEACHER-LED. NOT COMPUTER-LED.
At Idahome Academy, a computer delivers access—not the education by itself. Teachers design learning, explain difficult ideas, lead meaningful live sessions, give feedback and notice when a student needs help.

STRONG ACADEMICS
Standards-aligned instruction and teacher feedback build the knowledge students need.
REAL HUMAN CONNECTION
Short, purposeful live classes, fully live Advisory, peer teamwork and clubs help students belong.
LEARNING FOR LIFE
Projects connect learning to real decisions—food, money, technology, community and personal responsibility.
COLLEGE-READY. LIFE-READY.
College-ready. Life-ready.
We intend to prepare students for the academic demands of college and other postsecondary opportunities—and for the real responsibilities of adult life. Strong reading, writing, mathematics, science, history and critical thinking remain the foundation. The Idahome Six helps students apply that knowledge through Character, Learning, Work & Wealth, Food & Self-Reliance, Physical Capability and Technology. Students will learn not only what they know, but what they can do with what they know.

A student should never be just another login. Idahome Academy is being designed for strong relationships, belonging and responsive teaching. Our planned virtual special-education and Section 504 supports, accessible lessons, consistent Advisory groups and proactive interventions are intended to help learners with different needs participate, progress and contribute.

How Learning WorksHow a typical week works
Four days of live access. Five days of meaningful learning. Students follow teacher-directed lessons and projects with the flexibility of learning at home. Monday through Thursday, teachers will provide brief scheduled academic lessons, live Advisory and posted virtual daily labs. Friday remains a student learning day for asynchronous application, assessment, revision and catch-up.
Every full-time teacher will offer one 60-minute virtual daily lab each Monday through Thursday so students can ask questions or receive help. Students attend their required live lessons and Advisory; lab visits are optional unless a teacher assigns intervention. See the grade-by-grade schedule on How Learning Works.
